Today, Sunday April 20, marks the long-awaited KAMOGAWA Beach Marché – Spring Edition!
Although the skies may be cloudy, with a pleasant high of 22°C, it’s the perfect day for a seaside market.
Moderate winds are expected throughout the day, but rest assured—we are operating with safety as our top priority. Wind protection measures are in place at the venue, and we appreciate your cooperation during the event.
👜 Check Before You Leave – What to Bring
- Cash (1,000-yen bills and coins) – Some vendors are cash-only
- Eco bag or tote bag
- Picnic blanket or foldable chair (for relaxing by the sea)
- Hat or sunshade for UV protection
- Drink or personal water bottle
- Mobile battery
- Handkerchief or wet wipes
- Light outerwear (in case of wind)
🚩 Directional Signs Are Posted Throughout Kamogawa
Look for our KamoMaru signs at major intersections throughout Kamogawa City.
First-time visitors can feel at ease—just follow the signs to reach us safely.

Maebara Beach in Kamogawa offers a tropical-like landscape with its blue sea, gentle curves of sand, and iconic palm trees.
When I was a child, Kamogawa was filled with exciting events like pedestrian malls, summer festivals, and Sea Festa—creating joyful memories for kids and adults alike.
I want today’s children to feel that same sense of excitement.
“We have such a wonderful beach—let’s share it with more people!”
That desire led us to start this marché with support from local friends. And thanks to all of you, this will be our third time holding the event on Maebara Beach.
We hope this market becomes a place where people connect with each other.
We look forward to seeing you by the sea!
